 4.NO SERVICE-LEVEL GUARANTEES OR DELIVERY COMMITMENTS

 Unless specified through a formally executed agreement, InsightMatrix does not offer binding Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) or fixed delivery timelines. Delivery schedules may be influenced by third-party data sources, client-side dependencies, or force majeure circumstances. Clients are advised to seek written confirmation for any performance commitments.

 5.DISPUTE RESOLUTION

 Any disputes or claims arising from the use of our content or services shall first be resolved through amicable consultation. Failing that, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India, and proceedings shall be in English. Subject to the above, courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

 6.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USE RESTRICTIONS

 All materials, insights, analysis formats, source code, interfaces, and content produced by InsightMatrix are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, scraping, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited. Any permitted reuse shall require prior written authorization from InsightMatrix.

 7.THIRD-PARTY USE AND RELIANCE

 Use of InsightMatrix’s insights, website, reports, or tools is entirely at your own risk. InsightMatrix disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including business disruption, opportunity cost, or reputational damage, arising from the use or misuse of our services.

8.LIMITATIONS ON AI, TOOLS, AND AUTOMATED INSIGHTS

 InsightMatrix employs automated tools, AI/ML classifiers, sentiment engines, and proprietary algorithms to interpret high-volume media data. While our systems are optimized for efficiency and coverage, the outputs:

•  May occasionally reflect misclassification, misinterpretation, or lack of context;
• Are not substitutes for human or professional judgment;
• Should be reviewed by clients before taking material actions.

Accordingly, InsightMatrix makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of such tool-based results and disclaims liability arising from decisions made solely on automated outputs.

 9.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 To the fullest extent permitted by law, InsightMatrix disclaims all warranties—express or implied—regarding the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of its services or outputs.

 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages—including loss of revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity—arising out of the use or inability to use its services, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 You acknowledge that the use of InsightMatrix’s services, tools, or insights is at your own discretion and risk. You assume full responsibility for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of all outputs and agree that InsightMatrix shall not be responsible for any loss, harm, or damage arising therefrom.
